You can also get vitamins and moisture to your skin by using creams, and moisturising regularly is a great way to help heal scars, pock marks and wrinkles. This will work even better if you use an exfoliating cream first to clear away the dead skin cells that can otherwise absorb the moisture and nutrients. Over time and as we get older some dead skin cells will collect that are hard to get rid of, so for a more thorough exfoliation consider a laser facial.

As well as a laser facial, another laser skin rejuvenation technique is laser genesis. Here laser genesis will stimulate the middle layer of the skin to produce more collagen which has many positive effects on the skin and can decrease the appearance of wrinkles and scarring. If this isn’t enough to remove the extra years you get given by wrinkles, then another final technique is skin tightening, which will drastically improve wrinkles on the forehead and around the eyes and sagging around the neck and cheeks.

The final consideration once you’ve improved your lifestyle and use laser skin rejuvenation, is the prospect of a tan. This can make your skin look younger and healthier, but direct sunlight can also damage skin cells. By using a self tanning lotion then, it’s possible to get your skin looking more bronze without risking mutations or damage to your cells. Additionally for women it’s possible to use makeup to improve their colouring, to draw the eye to preferable areas of the skin and to conceal blemishes. Consider again however that you don’t want your makeup to irritate your skin and cause problems in the long run.
