You and I both know that aging is going to happen, it is inevitable, but we can look extremely healthy, and look well into old age.

  1. Berries – Blueberries, strawberries, and all berries have an incredible amount of antioxidants. Antioxidants help fight free radicals, which damage your cells and cause premature aging. You also should know that if you eat a lot of unhealthy foods, and drink unpure water, you will have more free radicals running around in your body, and this is what causes you to age faster.
  2. Tomatoes – Tomatoes are wonderful, and they’re loaded with extremely nutritious elements. Tomatoes contain ample amounts of lycopene, which can balance your skin, reduce the risk of cancer, and slow down aging.
  3. Green Leafy Vegetables – I don’t know about you, but my mother certainly wanted me to eat my vegetables, and she was right. Eating vegetables is extremely healthy for you. You can make juices out of them if you do not like eating them, but try to get them into your body. Good examples are broccoli, romaine lettuce, spinach, and kale.

There are many foods that prevent wrinkles, these are just three, so I am sure that you can find many more if you want.
